"Nisus Writer updates"

We are happy to announce new versions of Nisus Writer Pro and Nisus Writer Express. These are minor updates that are free for existing users of current app versions.

You can get the updates in the usual ways: inside Nisus Writer using the menu Check for Updates, the Mac App Store, or via the following links.

• Nisus Writer Pro 3.4.1
• Nisus Writer Express 4.4.1

Changes:

• Fixed: macOS Sonoma crashes and compatibility issues.
• Fixed: macOS system compatibility issues, mostly for macOS Sonoma or later.
• Added: Appearance preference "document window title bar style" on macOS 11.0 or later.
• Fixed: clipboard tag's preview text can incorrectly overlap adjacent tags/controls.
• Added: thin non-breaking spaces should draw when Show Invisibles is enabled.
• Fixed: selection changes were not always correct redrawn on screen immediately, e.g. after running a macro.
• Fixed: wrong fallback font can be used for emoji characters.
