Hi everybody.
In one page of my document, a word refers to a footnote (let's say the footnote number 1) at the end of the page.
How can I force another word on the same page to point to the same footnote 1.
If copy-paste the footnote reference (the uperscript number) from the first word to the second one, the footnote 1 content is duplicated into footnote 2 at the end of the page and the second word therefore now points to this footnote 2
Thanks
Philippe

I can think of no documentation style that would allow for what you want to do, which is why word processors generally don't do this kind of thing automatically. Usually, you just put something like ibid in the footnote.philippe99 wrote:Hi everybody.
