Nisus 2.5 - no new file & no document window

Hello
I have just downloaded Nisus 2.5 and started to use it. However, when I ask for a new document, none is created and when I try to open an already created document, Nisus just hangs.

I have trashed the preferences and the Nisus New File.dot, but neither changes 2.5’s behaviour. I tried clicking on the newly created Nisus New File.dot but all it did was open in Word 2004!

How can I get Nisus 2.5 to work?

Can you send us a bug report using our feedback mechanism? Use the "Help > Send Feedback" menu.

I have already sent a message to support@nisus.com with three crash reports/logs - and hope to receive a reply soon.

I've seen your crash report dwcohn. The reason you cannot run Express is because you are using 10.2.8. Express version 2.5 requires Panther (10.3) or later.
