I have a Problem with NWE 2.5 fc2 and John Gruber's Markdown.
Every Time I would like to convert my Nisus-Document into XHTML with Markdown I became a Error Message. Please look at the Screenshot:

Markdown Failure
This seems like an issue you should take up on the Markdown discussion group:

rather than here as it's probably a Markdown issue rather than a NWX problem.
N.B. I can find no mention of Markdown supporting NWX on John's website, it seems to support only Movable Type, Blosxom and BBEdit. Trying to run Markdown.pl from the NWX macros folder is unlikely to work as Markdown was not written as a NWX macro.
