Currently trying out NX and noticed a strange behavior. I'll describe it as best as I can.
It is possible to have a line break directly after a quotation mark. Therefore, you can enter into a situation where a leading quotation mark is not attached to the word it surrounds. This does not seem to effect a tailing quotation marks.
It seems to me that quotation marks should be attached to the words that they surround.
Thanks in advance for helping.

I can't and won't deny that you experience what you report. However, I find it odd. What version of Nisus Writer Express do you have? I can't get this to happen in the (current) released version 2.1.
I notice that no one else (of the 32 who have checked this post as of December 1, 2004) has (yet?) chimed in as having experienced it either. Can you offer more particulars to help us recreate the phenomenon?

I don't know if this is what he means, but, if I type in (with quotes) "Hello", place the cursor before the opening quote, and then type a bunch of Ms the line will break first between the last 'l' and the 'o' (thereby keeping the closing quote with the 'o') and then it breaks between the opening quote and the 'H'. Maybe I'm misunderstanding what the original post was getting at, and to be honest I don't know if this behavior is odd or not
