Inserting images into graphics layer

I've been running into a problem with Nisus Writer 6.5. I have a document in which I do "insert page as graphic" onto the graphics layer and I set the text to flow around it. I've been finding that when I print, the image sometimes spontaneously replaces itself somewhere else, and in the process, the spacing of any "justified" text becomes unreasonably large. I find this happens whether I've specified "Move with Paragraph" or "Fix to Page." Has anyone experienced this problem and can suggest a solution?
