Now that we have that out of the way, let me get right to my next point: It's a Leap Year! We get an extra day this year, and that's either welcome or annoying, depending on your point of view. I welcome it. It's one more day of not wearing pants. If you have ever wondered why there is such a thing as leap year, this page on the internet will answer most of your questions.

How to Get Support
"Come For The Support, Stay For The Pirogies"
At some point we all need help. I know what you're thinking but no, not that kind of help. I have a therapist for that. I mean help with Nisus products. However, not as many people as we'd like know how to find support. Hopefully the following paragraphs will describe your support options.
You can find most of what you need on our support page. There are links to user guides, both in PDF form and online. There are also links to our FAQ pages, and our user forums. The forums are full of passionate users willing to help with your Nisus questions. Don't be scared, they won't bite. They are nice people who will treat you with kindness. The forums are the place to go if you like to crowdsource answers to your Nisus questions.
Lastly, there is our License Lookup Tool. If for some reason you need to reinstall your Nisus app or need your license to upgrade Nisus Writer Express and Nisus Writer Pro, you can use the tool to find your license and have it emailed to you. You just need the email address you used when you purchased your Nisus application and you will receive an email containing your license.
I can't really say if this is support related or not, but I'm writing this so it's my call and I say it is. Barely. Anyway, there is also our blog, which usually has the latest Nisus news. It's also where tips and tricks are posted. There is other less serious content if you're in the mood to laugh a bit. Either way, come check out our blog and let us know what you think.
