In this letter:

Greetings From Nisus Land
"Leap Year Sale"

Ok, so I need a new computer. By need, I mean want. Anyway, since Apple has released new machines it only makes sense that I should get one. I really do not want to use the PowerBook 5300 that was given to me by someone who just kept laughing when I asked if the computer was any good. However, there is a little problem of having the cash to do it. No problem, I will just ask my boss for the money ... a loan, just like in the old days.

Yeah, that didn't work.

So now, I will just go to the people directly. By people, I mean you guys. Anyway, the only way to get money quickly is to throw a sale. Since it is a Leap Year, I can throw a Leap Year Sale.

Sounds good, right?

Well, it is.

From now until Leap Day, February 29, you can save 10 percent on Nisus Writer Pro in our Leap Year sale. Just use the coupon "LEAPYEAR" in the shopping cart and save.

To read all about Nisus Writer Pro, or to download the demo, please go to our Nisus Writer Pro product page.

See, this works well for everyone. You guys save money, and I get money for a new computer.

And with luck, I will avoid embezzlement charges ...

Nisus Writer Pro
"macCompanion Review"

Now to entice you to take advantage of our Leap Year sale on Nisus Writer Pro, let me present you a review that was written for macCompanion. In this review, Ted Bade says of Nisus Writer Pro:

"Lots of new features, easy to work with, a clean and uncluttered workspace all work together to make what is my opinion to be the best word processor option for the Macintosh platform. You can't go wrong with this program. I use it for all my word processing needs and I highly recommend it."

That's just about as good as it gets, to be honest.

You can read the full review at the macCompanion web site.

Kyoto Gardens 3
"Zen is In"

Last newsletter, I said that we had only 5 copies of the newly renovated Kyoto Gardens CD. Of course, no one believed us. We sold out of those 5 copies very quickly. Now, we have more than 5 copies ... perhaps even 10 or more copies. This is good, because the Kyoto Gardens CD is a treat.

Using Apple's QuickTime VR technology, you stroll through 24 of Kyoto's most renowned gardens. The CD also includes maps, slides, screensavers, essays, and the history of the gardens.

The cost is $25.00, and it can be ordered from our store.

Kyoto Gardens is a Universal Binary and requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 and above.

So achieve Zen-like status and order today. Or just order because it is cool.

It works for us either way.
