"It's An Apple World"
It's been a busy time in the Apple world, hasn't it? In a surprise move, Apple actually stopped iPhone and iPod hype by announcing new Macs. Imagine that! Next month (October) we will see the Cupertino boys start the Leopard hype machine.
Of course, they announced those new Macs between the release of the iPhone and the new iPods. And, Apple will release the iPhone for the UK and Germany in November. That is a lot of product to release, no?
Let's face it, this is Apple's world, and we are all just living in it.
In the meantime, developers like ... well, Nisus, get to turn up our version of the hype. We have an update to Pro, and a new version of Express to talk about. Mind you, Apple can spend millions on advertising. Nisus can spend money too. Well, if you think that spending $1.95 counts, that is. I'm kidding!
The actual number is closer to $5.00.
Still, we enjoy this part immensely. Good products get noticed, and judging by the positive response to Nisus Writer Pro, we have been noticed a lot.
Yeah, I am bragging a little. I'll stop now.
Anyway, on to the new stuff.
Nisus Writer Pro
"Pro 1.0.1 Released"
First up is the release of Nisus Writer Pro 1.0.1. There are no new features, but a host of fixes and enhancements. The main recipients of these fixes and enhancements are the Nisus Macro language and the Find and Replace engine. Full release notes are available on this page.
Pro 1.0.1 is available now at our store for only $79 for the full version, and $45 for the upgrade from previous versions of Express. A three license Family Pack is available for $99.00. CD versions are available for $10.00 more plus shipping.

Nisus Writer Express
"Express 3.0 Released!"
Now for the big news: The release of a new version of Nisus Writer Express!
Now up to version 3.0, Nisus Writer ProÕs little brother gets new features like Text Wrap around images, Glossaries, Widow and Orphan Control, Small Caps support, and an improved Find and Replace engine. Notes are improved, and there are the usual bug fixes.

The price is $45 for the full version, $30 for the upgrade from any previous version of Express. A three license Family pack is $79.
