Can anyone tell me how to change the highlight colour in the Find function. It's currently set at a drab grey, which makes it very hard to spot on the screen if I'm searching for an apostrophe (for example). I can't find anything in the manual. My default highlight is already set to fluo green, so that doesn't control it.

Changing the system default changed it for me. Perhaps the problem is that the Find/Replace window remains active rather than the document window. Try toggling between them and see if your fluorescent green doesn't stand out.
