Is there a simple macro instruction for tabbing to the next cell of the table one is in?

How about for moving the cursor the way each of the four arrow keys move it?

There are no commands that exactly replicate those keystrokes. However, for table cells you can use the Select Relative Table Cell command.

For regular text there's no equivalent for vertical movement, but horizontal movement is easy via the Set Selection command.
