fixed line spacing

I downloaded Nisus Writer Pro as a trial version before I decide to buy.
It took only one minute to come across a limitation that would make NWP completely useless for me:
I can't use a line space of 14.5 pt - It automatically changes it to 15!
Actually I can't believe this very BASIC functionality isn't there.
I hope I'm overlooking something - please tell me I am!
