I want to make some Hebrew fonts available which I don't find in NWE 2.7. Places I see them are Windows documents, or web pages, for example. How do I search for a downloadable font, and how do I install a new font in NWE 2.7?

You install fonts in OS X, not Nisus. To do this you use the OS X Font Book utility. Use Font Book's Help menu, under "Installing fonts", for instructions on how to do it. Once installed, fonts are available to all applications.
As to where to find fonts to buy/download/etc. try doing a Google search for the fonts you're after.
