I wasn't able to find documentation in the help file or pdf file of what file formats NWE imports.

I have a hunch the answer is not a strong point. Even so, this should not be left undocumented. Where do I find the answer?

How can I provide useful feedback that we need better import capabilities. I tried importing an AppleWorks RTF document and the result was awful. I can't tell if the fault is AppleWorks RTF or Nisus import.

We have a list of file formats here:

But you know, it's a give and take thing. For instance, our RTF support is very good, as it is our native file format. However, if AppleWorks does not do a good job of exporting the document, there's not much we can do.

If you have a particular document that does not open well in Express (but does look OK in another program) then send it in to expressfeedback@nisus.com. I'll see if there's anything we can do.

That helps! Can this be added to your manual and help files? If it's there it's hard to find. I tried searching using the words "file format" and "import".
