What all do i need to do to get Nisus Writer Express up and running to do Russian?
I'm assuming activate a Cyrillic/Russian keyboard and install a Cyrillic/Russian font. Does it have a Russian dictionary already built in?

There are two very similar procedures that you need to follow -- one in System Preferences and one in Nisus Writer Express.
1. Open System Preferences.
2. Click International.
3. Click the Languages tab.
4. Assuming that you don't see Russian in the list, click the Edit List button.
5. Scroll down and put a check in the box next to the Cyrillic term for the variant of Russian you want.
6.Click the OK button.
7. Quit System Preferences.
1. Open Nisus Writer Express.
2. Open Preferences.
3. Click Languages.
4. Assuming that you don't see Russian in the list, click the More button.
5. Scroll down and put a check in the box next to Russian.
6. Click the OK button.
7. Close Preferences.
In a Nisus Writer Express document, use the menu bar, the tool drawer or the language tag in the status bar to switch to Russian. You should be able to start typing. I didn't test this because I don't know Russian. I don't believe you have to install a Russian font unless you deactivated one earlier, but I could be wrong about this.
