small reproducable Bug: line/paragraph numbering

Dear All - concerns: NWP beta 1 version 3.4.1.

concerns: "View" "Line numbers"

When calculating Line Numbers (respectively paragraph numbers), the references (i.e. "Insert" "Cross-reference" use "Paragraph number") to a bookmark do not take into account the paragraph and line counting structure as layed out for the sections.

The small attached file documents this reproducible bug.
