Footnote separator and first footnote

I notice on a doc that I have just printed, that the first footnote is uncomfortably close to the line separator to the point where they virtually run into each other. it could do with another 2 points of separation. Could this be fixed in the next update please?
Anyone else notice it? I didn't notice it on the betas but that may be my poor eyesight
