bookmark highlight color

Not sure how to phrase this. My eyes are failing me and I need the highlight color when I click on a bookmark to be darker/brighter. For example, I have a bookmark for a heading in a document and I want to go to that heading. I click on the bookmark label on the bookmarks section on the left of the window. It takes me to the text but the highlight is so light I can't see it very well. How to I change that color so I can see it?
