Footnotes from .docx file disappearing (LibreOffice activated)

I am trying to import a .docx file into NWP. The files looses all footnotes. I read through the forum, and in Preferences > Advanced did activate LibreOffice. But still, footnotes are not coming through. Any advice?

Footnotes should indeed be imported from DOCX files. Can you send us your document for testing? You could email it to us privately at:
