Endnote placement

Hi-

I find it cramps my style a bit to have endnotes jammed up against the bottom of my text. Is it possible to have them sit at the bottom of the page, or to reside on a page(s) of their own? Right now I do it manually by inserting a page break right before the endnotes.

Cheers,

Adam

I disagree. Endnotes should go at the end of the text. If they need to appear on a page of their own, it's easy enough to stick a page break in there.

I'm with midwinter on this. You can always make a page break before the endnotes, which isn't that much of a hassle.
