I want to be able to add a 'fix' to the QuickFix list that'll replace "space hyphen space" with "space en-dash space" as I type. However, when I try to insert an en-dash into the 'Correction' column it reverts back to a normal hyphen and that's what I get as I type. Is there a way around this?

I use dashes a lot (probably too much) in my writing, and for now that's the one thing stopping me ditching Word and all its interfering 'suggestions' for good.
