Nisus 5.0 File Type and Creator codes

I have an old Nisus 5.0 file a friend sent me.
The problem is, the document has had the file type and creator codes stripped at some point. As a result, I can't get NWE to recognize it. What are the proper codes for a v5.0 file? For that matter, what are the proper codes for a v6.0 file and a v6.5 file?
Alternatively, is there a file extension I can add to help NWE recognize it?
