bookmark problem after 1.2.3 is installed.

When I get to step 3

com.apple.mail

does not come up. What should I do?

I restarted the program, and the mail folder was found. Now the screen freezes with :

Analyzing emails (42715) and a solid blue bar.

Any advice?

The program is now analyzing emails and appears to be working fine. Maybe a good time to think about disposing of unwanted/unnecessary emails since the analysis will take a long time?
