reversing opposite sides of the colon

I want to reverse opposite sides of a colon, so that 25:97 will become 97:25.
When i select and use the reverse function I get 52:79 ideas how?

Try using PowerFind Pro. Bring up the Find window by clicking on Edit>Find>Show Find, choose PowerFind Pro from the dropdown menu in the lower right corner of the Find window, then enter these text strings into the Find and Replace fields, respectively:

Edit: Sorry, I saw only now that you were talking about Nisus Writer Classic; I used the "unread posts only" feature which this board provides so I assumed you were talking about Nisus Writer Pro. I'm not sure if PowerFind works the same way in Nisus Writer Classic, so if it does not work, just wait for someone more knowledgeable to come along and assist you.
