How do I choose my Apple Mail email folder?

When configuring InfoClick to search standard Apple Mail locations, it can be tricky to choose the correct folder. The problem is that Apple Mail folders are in somewhat difficult to access locations. The following steps will guide you on how to add the required folder(s).

1. Open your InfoClick settings/preferences.
2. By the area labeled Email Folders click the button with a plus icon.
3. A system file dialog will appear.
4. Use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + G to activate the Finder command Go To Folder.
→ The Go To Folder prompt will appear.
5. Paste one of the standard Apple Mail folder paths (see below) into the prompt:

6. Double-click the first/top entry to go to that folder.
7. The file selection dialog will now select the desired folder:

8. Confirm the selected folder by clicking the "Open" button.

You just added a new folder to the list of locations searched by InfoClick.

Standard Folder Locations
You should complete the above process twice, to add a total of 2 standard Apple Mail folders. The folders have the following paths:
