template for numbered figure/table captions, plus TOC

We recently had a thread asking about automatically numbered captions for figures and tables. This is pretty easy in Nisus Writer once you configure your styles appropriately. To help with that here's a template that includes styles for captioning figures/tables and generating a table of contents (TOC) from them automatically.
