Drag-and-drop slow in NWP 2.1.1 beta

When I select a word, I have to click and hold for several seconds before NWP realizes I want to drag and drop it. Any way to speed it up?

Hello Jim– as with your other thread, this is something that's generally not controlled by Nisus Writer Pro (NWP) itself, but rather is part of the standard system behavior. Do you find that the drag sensitivity in NWP is different than in your other apps? TextEdit is always a good candidate for testing things like this, since it uses the same underlying text engine.
