Highlinting Indexed text

Post by Vanceone »

So I'm not sure, but is there a way to highlight indexed text or otherwise mark it so by just looking at some text I can see at a glance whether it has been marked for indexing? Something akin to "Show invisibles" that will show indexing?

I realize that if the indexing palette is open, putting the cursor in text will show whether it is indexed or not, but is there any other clue that can be used except the indexing palette? Usually I am working with the styling palettes, not the indexing one.

Preferences > Colors > Marked Text > Include in index (auto)
and
Include in index

You need also to disable "Hide this highlighting" to see the color.
