Converting to PDF in Acrobat 5 (OS 9.2.2); around P. 250, footnotes start to slide, so that near end, footnotes are about 10 pages behind text and in bibliography. How do I keep the footnotes on the page they belong to?
Are there other PDF tips and tricks I should know about?
