This latest ad (<a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2021\/04\/07\/ironic-intel-ad-with-macbook-pro\/\">courtesy of 9to5Mac<\/a>) is just about the worst of the lot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized is-style-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nisus.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/intel-ad-macbook-pro.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nisus.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/intel-ad-macbook-pro.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1468\" width=\"576\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nisus.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/intel-ad-macbook-pro.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/nisus.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/intel-ad-macbook-pro-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/nisus.com\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/intel-ad-macbook-pro-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If I had to guess I would say someone in marketing at Intel is not paying attention. No Mac as of this writing is using Intel&#8217;s 11th generation processors. The &#8220;gamer&#8221; in the photo is wearing Beats headphones. He appears to be wearing a watch, and it wouldn&#8217;t shock me to learn it is an Apple Watch. It&#8217;s just sloppy. Intel is a multi-billion dollar company. I&#8217;m pretty sure they have good people in their marketing department.
