If you want to have a look, they are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/getamac\/ads\/\">here<\/a>. This is the first time since the &#8220;Switch&#8221; ads of a few years ago that I can recall Apple trying to sell the &#8220;Macintosh&#8221; as a whole, instead of an individual computer like the new iMac.<\/p>\n<p>I have seen some commentary both <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com\/microsoft\/archives\/103125.asp\">in praise<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/svenontech.com\/2006\/05\/02\/apple-digging-a-whole-for-itself-with-the-bold-claim-of-malware-free-ads\/\"> in concern<\/a>. I could see where the virus angle could bite them in the rear, but why not play that angle? It is essentially true, isn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n<p>My favorites are the <a href=\"http:\/\/movies.apple.com\/movies\/us\/apple\/getamac_ads1\/ilife_480x376.mov\">iLife<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/movies.apple.com\/movies\/us\/apple\/getamac_ads1\/networking_480x376.mov\">Network<\/a> ads. I like them because they really show the strength of the Mac vs. the PC. <\/p>\n<p>So what do you think?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have any of you seen the new ads from Apple?
