Nisus Writer Pro Version 1.4.2

Version 1.4.2 is a bug fix release mainly intended to provide compatibility for OSX 10.7 (Lion).

This update is free for existing users of Nisus Writer Pro 1.x.

Changes

  • Changed: improved import of .doc/DOCX files (Intel version only)
  • A variety of other general fixes and changes.

    * The PPC version does not include the new LibreOffice-based ".doc" file importer found in the Intel version; the Intel version has superior .doc/DOCX import capabilities and is recommended. This is also the last version of Nisus Writer Pro that will be available for PPC users (PPC support is being discontinued).
