I'm afraid that Nisus Writer has no built-in command to select a range of pages. Here is a macro to select a range of pages, but it only works with Nisus Writer Pro. That macro cannot be used with Nisus Writer Express, sorry.

Probably the best you can do in Nisus Writer Express is to use the menu View > Go to Page (or its equivalent in the status bar) to jump to the desired pages, making a mental note of the locations (eg: by looking at the scrollbar's thumb position). You can then manually create the desired selection by holding down the Shift key as you click in your text, to expand the existing selection to encompass the desired pages.
