pallet problems 2.6 german

in the german localisation of writer express 2.6 there is no chance for me to open pallets-library. If i try, nothing happens....In german: Fenster-Paletten-Palettenbibliothek einblenden. OS X Tiger 10.4.4.

so I installed version 2.5, german localisation, and this is o.k......
