Nisus Writer Express 2.5 Final Now Available

Post by dave »

Nisus Writer Express 2.5 is now semi-officially out. I say semi-officially because I am not going to send out the press release until tomorrow, so just a few of us will know until then.

Download the final version from <a href="http://www.nisus.com/express/">here</A>. The release notes are on this <a href="http://www.nisus.com/express/releasenotes.php">page</A>.

Thank you all for your help, and for your support. Because of that help, Express 2.5 is a very solid product.

Thanks for letting us know about this. The new features in 2.5 are great to have, and the stability/quality improvements are terrific.

It's also great how many features have been added as a result of listening to user requests. Thanks especially for that!

This is fantastic! You've given one writer a smile. Well, probably others, too.

Thanks for such an involved beta/fc testing process. High-quality builds that kept us eager for the final thing, and excited about the whole deal. Good work.

This program rocks, and I thank you for all your hard work!

This means we should stop sending in bug reports, right? ;)

What happened to the Thesarus in the palette? After upgrading it disappeared. That was very useful to me.

Mine is still there. Look for it in the "pencil" palette group. If it has disappeared, you can probably get it back.

1. In the menu bar click Window > Palettes > Show Palette Library.

2. Click the Writing category.

3. Drag the Language palette to the tool drawer.
