Palettes slow to change

Since upgrading to Big Sur and version 3.2, I find it really slow to change palettes in the palette dock – 3 or 4 second wait after (for example) clicking to move from character to paragraph tab. This makes productivity nose-dive to the point of sending me ack to Word. Has anyone else had this problem – and are there any cures (like uninstalling and reinstalling)?

Hi Doug: I'm sorry for the sluggish behavior. It's a problem new to macOS Big Sur. The good news is that we just released version 3.2.1 that should fix this Big Sur issue, among others.
