A “Convert Text to Notes.nwm” macro?

Philip,
I tried your last “creature” and it works.
Not the double brackets as delimiters are decisive, I think, but your change starting from line 5 (if Find All in Selection etc.).
Anyway the macro now works, and maintains not only reference number, but also italic, bold and small caps as well.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all you do with macros in the forums and even off-forum. I use some that you have made many times a week. I really appreciate your generosity.
