Tab Leader thickness

The tab leader works just fine but I was wondering if there is any way to vary the thickness of the line, as in, 1pt to .5pt.

The thickness of the line is derived from the font size applied to the tab character in the document. The larger the font size the thicker the line. Unfortunately the minimum line thickness is 1pt, so you won't be able to use the 1/2pt you'd like.
