OK, leader tabs are a new feature.
I just have no idea what that means.
Someone posted an example on the e-mail list but that still didn't tell me how to set one up. And since 2.7 is a beta there is no help menu available.
Sorry to seem so dense, but this puzzles me. Maybe it's because I rarely ever use tabs.

Leader tabs allow you to have repeating characters (for example, dashes), a repeating pattern of characters (for example, periods and spaces), or a graphic underline that extends from whatever is on the left to the the text at the tab. For example,

Code: Select all

The First Chapter . . . . . . . . . . . 5
The Second Chapter . . . . . . . . . . . 17
The Third Chapter . . . . . . . . . . . 41
To set up a tab leader in Nisus 2.7 (still in beta as I write this), you just click the tab-type selector at the right end of the Ruler bar and choose either Leader or Customize Leader. Another option is to double-click a tab in the Ruler bar and make any changes there.
