Outline feature?

Post by frvs »

Hi, I'm doing a preliminary checking on NWX. I have downloaded it and seen some quite impressive features, but could not find an Outline feature so far. Is there one? Thanks!

NWX doesn't have outline-features.

If you're looking for a wordprocessor with outline give Mellel a look.

Nisus Writer Express can create automatic outline numbering. Look under Lists in the Format menu or in the Lists palette. However, you can't collapse and expand the outline or use it for document navigation.

Based on previous posts by Official Nisus Persons on this forum, that sort of functionality seems to be something that Nisus is working toward, so check back. For a pure outliner, I highly recommend OmniOutliner.

Yeah, I can highly recommend OmniOutliner. Great product and it's LinkBack enabled too. 8)

Well, since we're all saying how cool OmniOutliner is, I'll throw my hat into that ring as well. It's really cool.
