the bug is back again, despite trying:
- quitting NW
- logging out
- restarting
- plain text file / rtf file both versions in draft view and page view.
However, I've just discovered the same problem in the email app Spark
sad face.

I have determined that the workaround is to disable the actions menu in System Preferences -> Extensions -> Actions
- Drag + Drop works properly
- right click menu works properly
Both Nisus + Spark.
