Find and Replace footnotes according to Font and Font size

I have a large document, with two separate kinds of footnotes (in order to distinguish them). What I need to do, if possible, is initiate a footnote Find/Replace that would include only the Font and Font size. Specifically, I need to find all Times New Roman, 14 pt. fonts in the footnotes and change them to Verdana, 14 pt.

Is this possible? Is it easy enough for a computer neophyte?

Verdana 14 pt ... really? :|

Do you have Times New Roman 14 pt anywhere else in the document? If not, put your cursor in one of the footnotes, choose the 'a'-in-a-circle button in the status bar at the bottom, choose "Find all" from the resulting menu, choose Verdana 14 pt from the font menu and there you are.

If there's TNA elsewhere in the document, someone will no doubt come along in a minute and tell you how to do it using Powerfind or Powerfind Pro.

Yes, my editor requires 14 pt Verdana in order to distinguish my footnotes from the others.

For some reason, your method does not work for me. Thanks, though.

You can do attribute sensitive search in PowerFind Pro.
From the Wildcard gear menu in the Find window apply AnyText. Then select this AnyText in the Find window and apply the font and the size from the menu.
Then press the Find All button.
Make the document window active and inspect the found text which remains selected.
If the selection corresponds to what you expect, apply Verdana, 14 pt to it.

Thank you. I have the "Find" function working so that it locates the different texts. But do I now have to choose "Verdana" and "14" each and every time that it finds the text, or is there a way to insert that into the "Replace" window. I tried going to the Menu and inserting Font and Font Size in the "Replace" window, but it simply deleted the text that the "Find" window highlighted instead of changing the font.

You don't need to use the replace feature of the Find window.
When you press the 'Find All' button in either PowerFind or PowerFind Pro, with the two attributes (name of the font and size) applied to the 'AnyText' bubble in PowerFind (as shown) or the corresponding expression for "any text" in PowerFind Pro, all occurrences of Times New Roman 14 pt. will be selected at once wherever they may be in the file.
Then, when you dismiss the Find window, your document with all the selections of text in Times New Roman 14 pt will be active.
Then, from the Fonts submenu under the Format menu apply Verdana to all the selections once. You will not need to apply 14 pt as that attribute was already present in Times New Roman.

This is very helpful. Thanks for being patient with a neophyte, and thanks for the help. :)
