For anyone who has had a chance to work with OS X Lion (I know developers will have had a chance to do so for a while now) or knows more about it, I was wondering if its Autosave and Versions features will automatically work with NWP or if programs have to designed to work with it?
The reason I ask (although I suppose I'll find out in July), is that Apple's own information (e.g., http://www.apple.com/ca/macosx/whats-new/auto-save.html) is a bit ambiguous (at least to me!) on this point. The "Lock, Duplicate, Revert to Last Opened menu" they show seems to be applications specific (Pages, I presume), but the general discussion of the features also implies it works independently of the specific app.
In case there are those who might know, my curiosity has gotten the better of me.

Doesn't work yet. Hope NWP 2 will be updated soon for this and to fix the page numbering bug in pdf's.
