Nisus rarely crashed under 10.5, but since recently upgrading from 10.5 to 10.6 Nisus seems to crash every couple of days.
I would click the Report button as Martin (?) has suggested to send a report to Nisus, but the dlg box says the report goes to Apple. After recent reports of Apple collecting location information from iPhones/pads, I'm not keen on sending unknown information to Apple.
Do these reports actually go directly to Nisus, or to Nisus thru Apple, or not at all to Nisus?
What information is included in the reports?
Cliff
OSX10.6 and Nisus crashes
Re: OSX10.6 and Nisus crashes
If a window appears on its own after NWP crashes, and you press the Send button, that report goes to Apple and not Nisus.
It is not of much use to send this report to Apple.
To send the same report to Nisus, select all of the report and drag and drop it on to your Desktop as a textClipping: Then relaunch NWP and from the Help menu invoke the Feedback window.
Drag and drop the textClipping from the Desktop into the Feedback window's text box and send it.
This report will go to Nisus.
You can see the content of the report before you send it or open the textClipping of the report on your Desktop.
