Kino,

It works really well. You are fantastic!
(It's always surprising, to see how NWP can grow, thanks to its plug-in macro system, and the ability of a few wonderfully skilled software engineers.)

Please, could someone explain how to implement these macros to convert MMD tags into RTF (also the opposite would be useful)?
Why Nisus does not implement these macros in a future Nisus release ?

Thank you

(I use the Italian localization of MacOS - Nisus)

Or....
You could just buy Ulysses and configure it to recognise all of your MMD labels. Ulysses will output text in any font/paragraph style that you want into RTF, where you can pick it up in Nisus. I have used Ulysses a lot and I like it, but I was too frustrated by its poor handling (correction: non-handling) of lists and tables, things I use constantly.
Otherwise, it would suit your purpose admirably.

You might see this forum post and try the attached macro which converts a lot of markdown codes (though not everything) to actual formatting/RTF.
