Page Setup doesn't stick to Nisus New File

I opened Nisus New File from the preferences, chose A4 in Page Setup and saved. New documents nevertheless open in US Letter format.
And btw, congratulations to v 1.0!

Solution found by digging around in System Preferences / Printers & Fax: Apparently the default page size had reverted to US Letter. Sorry for bothering you people.
