I'm so sorry i miss a simple setting
I need my document (for exporting in pdf) to be 237,4 x 293,2 mm
i don't see any settings to do that, unless with the margin palette who don't give me to achieve this directly
did i miss something???

Have you tried the following?

File > Page Setup… > Paper Size > Manage Custom Sizes…

Click on the “+” sign to add a new Custom Size, give it a name, then enter the desired dimensions and click “OK”.

You can then get your PDF document via the Print dialog or via File > Export As PDF….
