I call for both change-tracking and document comparison! Wish for both, eh? The key is to keep it simple, intuitive, and unobtrusive. One idea instead of the balloons (*shudder*) is to use the styled text (underline or whatever) and have a small icon at the end of changed text for accept or reject. ...

This seems like a weird thing to be worried about, to me. Nisus hasn't charged for an upgrade for NWE ever. Adobe, Microsoft, etc. charge for every major upgrade (and some that aren't all that major at times). So, if they charge for an upgrade, it will be like the rest of the industry. If they don't...

this is already working, at least with NWX 2.6 on Mac OS X 10.4.4 Thanks for that. I see what you mean. I had never tried highlighting the font name and typing - what I was thinking more of the way a drop-down works in say a web browser. Perhaps you'd like something along the lines of the font menu...

The spell-checking and hyphenation, I'm almost certain, are the same as your system. I have custom spelling dictionaries built-up in both English and Spanish, that I've added while using Mail, OmniWeb, NWE, etc. So, if I set the language of the text I'm typing to Spanish, that system-wide dictionary...

gemboy, The G5 is a very capable processor, and will run a universal binary quite nicely. The fact that it's compiled as "universal" means that it has native versions for both the PowerPC and Intel chipsets, so both should work at their best potential (given the amount of optimization the ...

Well, fortunately for you the PowerPC isn't going away for some time. You might even want to grab a G5 while you can. They're still very high-performance machines, and they'll run Classic, as well as they'll perform much better on Carbon apps that are difficult to port, such as Photoshop (I heard on...

Yeah, no joke. I think they should hire Gilbert Gottfried to repeat the name over and over again in a commercial, a la AFLAC.

MacBook? Huh.

And yet, somehow I want one...
