Scrivener export
I had a Scrivener project that I exported to rtf. The project had a number of block quotes in it. All of those block quotes were indented too much on the right side margin. After working through it on the Scrivener forum, apparently Nisus handles the indented/blocked paragraph sections differently t...

Re: TOC generates page gap
FWIW, it seems I'm getting the same kind of "white space," where at times half the page is blank, throughout the document. This only happens on rare occasions, but I can't submit the ms. until I can find out why half a page, or so, is blank in parts of the document. Anyone out there and ab...

TOC generates page gap
When I generate a TOC, there is about half a page of TOC content, then it moves to the next page with half the previous page blank.
This is the first time I've done this, so may be missing something obvious.

Endnote biblio. software glitch
While I was writing a paper in NWP, I had to rebuild my Endnote database. Prior to rebuilding, all footnotes formatted perfectly. After I rebuilt, all Endnote citations (55 total) were read by Endnote as "ambiguous" and so could not be formatted. I thought this might be an Endnote problem....

Re: Pasting problems
Disregard - I was using the wrong key - it's Ctrl, not Alt.soliphint wrote:When I copy text and then try to paste using the Alt+Cmd, P keyboard commands, for some strange reason all that is pasted is an arabic number (sometimes 3, sometimes 7, etc.). Is this a bug?

odd cursor (non)movement
When I hit return, then hit the keys to indent or outdent, the cursor stays where it is. It makes it look as though it is not indenting. If I begin to type, the cursor will jump to the indent and begin.
Is this a bug or is the cursor not supposed to move? I think it did move with NWP b2.

footnotes in word count?
Is there a way to get NWP to count the words in the footnotes as well as the document?

View two docs at once?
In WordPerfect, I used to be able to have two documents open, viewed, and "usable" at once (side by side, or top/bottom). Is this possible in NWP?

Bookends won't format the footnotes
I have an .rtf document in NWE in which I have inserted citations from Bookends. They inserted properly, with the curly brackets, etc. However, when I scan the document, the footnotes are left untouched. I am scanning with Turabian Footnote style. I have looked at the manual and have double-checked ...

one more for outline
I currently type my lecture notes and manscripts in Mellel for one basic reason. Any long document can be easily navigated by way of their outline. Once outlined, a document's headings are shown on the left pane, and moving to a particular section is as easy as clicking on the heading at the left. N...

outline
I bought Nisus Express with the promise that outlines were just around the corner. Now, not only are they not mentioned, but it looks like the upgrade requires buying an entirely new itiration.
