A very hacky method could be to stick a one row table in your page header. That will repeat over all the pages (I suggest making this a section, so the header only goes over the pages that have your table on it).
Not ideal, but if you have 200 pages of table might be worth looking into.

Re: Automatic Ordinals?
Thank you Porvadur! Tiny tweak on my part (oddly enough, superscripting the ordinal is not really a good thing--but then, legal document formatting is persnickety) and it works wonderfully! Thanks again! I do agree with Adryan that this is a hard problem, moving towards a more generic case than my s...

Automatic Ordinals?
So I frequently use a custom time string in my documents: "Dated this 3rd day of March, 2021". It's tedious, of course, to type that in every time, and luckily Nisus has a custom date/time format in the Insert menu. Questions, though: can I save my custom automatic date/time command so it ...

Re: No License key for App Store, so how to I get out of demo mode?
One of the FAQ's suggests that after opening Nisus, go to the Nisus Writer Pro menu and click on "purchase Nisus Writer". At hat point, Nisus will detect the App Store purchase and, presumably, no longer be in demo mode. Worth a shot! Also, if you do have further issues I know Martin can s...

Re: How to make a new document from a DIFFERENT template?!
There is two kinds of templates: the "default" template that is the Nisus New File template (and it's associated New Text File and New Macro file templates) that are used when you click the "new document command. Those are special templates and extensive instructions for modifying tho...

Re: Possible to apply color/highlight within Navigator TOC?
It doesn't appear to be possible, at least in my limited testing. You CAN adjust all of the colors in the navigator/TOC pane, but unfortunately it only appears to be a global setting--all of the entries are in the same color. Since it's an appearance setting, that setting overrides whatever text att...

I would love that option, but also allow it to ignore a whitelist or something. Or at least check if the word is all caps before correcting it.

Re: Powerfind question
If you have a problem and turn to regular expressions, usually you now have two problems. Adryan is right about the greediness of Regular Expressions, which is what PowerFind and Powerfind Pro use. However, a question mark in the wrong spot in the wrong spot can turn off greedy regular expression pa...

Re: PDF anomaly with Chinese
Interesting. I'm on Mojave and all of your results are true under that OS; copy and pasting from your PDF's shows that only your last one under 11.2.2 will copy any Chinese text. When I Export to PDF from Nisus (latest version) under Mojave I get a PDF of Chinese but copy/pasting that results in a d...

Re: Bug? Nisus 3 seemingly randomly "Typesetting Text..." and sluggish, 50% CPU use, in long doc already open for hours
If Nisus makes any change, it will trigger an autosave at some point. You can watch your window title, where it has the name of your document. If it has (edited)" after your document name, an autosave is in your near future. Some things like scrolling or moving the window don't add an edit, but...

Re: Bug? Nisus 3 seemingly randomly "Typesetting Text..." and sluggish, 50% CPU use, in long doc already open for hours
Another thing that may impact this is autosave. I frequently run into the spinning beach ball when I have a complex document filled with images. Frequently I have to add, say, 70 or so full page PDF graphics as sort of an appendix. When I do that, saving the document becomes long, not quite sure why...

Re: Creating a document that can be imported into WordPress
While I agree that Nisus isn't a perfect HTML editor (when I write HTML, I use sublime text) have you tried the File:Export as.... command? That will allow you to save a document in HTML or HTML chapter format. It might be what you need.

Re: Page numbers and Screen Splits
So I can confirm that whatever pane is active is the one that controls the output of the PDF. That said, I sent a PDF to Martin that shows something fascinating: I have a three section document, with the first section (the first page) showing nothing, the second starting at 1, using lowercase roman....

Re: Page numbers and Screen Splits
So here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing. As you can see, page 14 shows the correct number in the top split but zero on the bottom. I've also seen behavior where the bottom split mirrors the top split's page number, regardless of what page the bottom split is showing. I've sent some documents to Ma...

Re: Page numbers and Screen Splits
Hmm. I didn't notice this until recently, so perhaps it's a new bug. I'm running 3.2.1 on Mojave if that helps.
